Returns
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) are returned.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Opened items such as earphones, headphones, or charging cables (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless defective.
- Discounted or clearance items, unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued when:
- The returned item meets our return conditions.
- The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when:
- The item was defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
