2. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and others available at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received, except for Cash on Delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on location.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or other third parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Warranty & Defects

  • Products are inspected before dispatch.
  • Report defective or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
  • Submit false information or misuse the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ShopFirst.pk—including logos, images, text, and product listings—is owned by ShopFirst.pk and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, including couriers or payment processors.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
