At ShopFirst.pk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

We deliver to all cities and major towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after processing.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.

For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 229 applies. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed.

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

If the courier cannot deliver the parcel after two attempts, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
